Making visual sense out of the Giant's Causeway is difficult. The experience was like traveling back in time tens of thousands of years while also traversing the cosmos to an abstract alien world. My mind got lost in the prehistoric primordial ooze figure / ground vistas. I would still be there taking photographs if our dear friend, Tommy Barr, and
Char hadn't said, "There's still more to see!"
"The Giant's Causeway is an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, the result of an ancient volcanic fissure eruption. It is located in County Antrim on the north coast of Northern Ireland, about three miles (4.8 km) northeast of the town of Bushmills. The Causeway was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986." -Wikipedia.org
Giant's Causeway: Northern Ireland was released in 2019.
